Reader Comment: I just wanted to comment about a previous post.  I have crappy credit just like the other guy did and I was able to get a better rate than what he said he is currently paying for his coverage.  I got the quote from this site and I raised my deductible amount as high as I could go….which is probably what caused the premium to drop so much. I am now paying $480  So like the man said, get a quote while you are here…its free!

Hey Chris,Rates have gone up for people with bad or not so good credit history I can only suggest you continue to pay your bills on time and keep your creditors happy with you. It will take some time, maybe a few years but that old bad credit history will eventually roll off and your rates will come down.  In the mean time, get a rate quote from this site, it’s free and there are no obligations what so ever….so just do it while you are here you will be glad you did.

The rates on mobile home insurance in Florida have doubled so it seems, sorry to say.  I live in Gainsville and we recently changed carriers to Progressive and so far we are happy with the rate we got.  I am not sure what your rate will be but we are paying $540 a year for full coverage and content coverage that we requested.
